I marinated in GrillMates Brown Sugar and Bourbon
I used Apple Cidar vinegar with the marinade packet and that really changed the flavor. Next time, use regular vinegar instead of Apple Cidar Vinegar.
The cook was perfect though. It was juicy, and tender. I pulled the meat at 142 and that was the right temp.
