rubbed with 5 different rubs. The Holy Gospel, HeyGrillHey, Jalepeno Bacon, Honey Hog and Holy Cow. I was only able to let them rest with the seasoning for about 30 minutes. I put the ribs on in pans for 4 hours at 250. Then dropped in pineapple and apple juice for moisture for about another 3.5 hours. The spare ribs where just a touch overdone as they were too soft. The ribs were quite flavorful and well cooked. Got good ratings from family. This was probably my best cook with a nice crust, but still juicy and tender.
