Did the usual, sprinkle with Worchestshire sauce, then little bit of Montreal steak and Holy Cow. Put them on the smoker at 200 to smoke well for about 30 minutes or so. It was actually too long and the burgers overcooked in the smoker. It was really overcooking, but they cooked past what I wanted them to. They were almost done. I pulled them off the smoker and dropped them onto the flattop to sear and melt cheese. They were good, just a bit overdone, but still tender and juicy.
