Used Montreal steak rub and Holy Cow rub together. Rubbed the raw steaks and let them sit for 20 minutes or so. Put them on the smoker at about 450 and they cooked on the grate. Nice grill marks. The meat was just past medium. It was still nice and juicy and tender, but just a bit past what I wanted.
