I used Meatchurch Honey Hog rub.

I spread down in the pan a bit of brown sugar. Then placed the meat down. Then dumped a can of pineapple juice. Then rubbed with Honey hog and placed in the smoker.

Once I hit like 100 internal temp, I drizzled the homemade glaze on the ham and wrapped.
