Rub Recipe

I used hey Grill hey's sweet bbq rub. I used squeeze butter as a binder and lathered it well with that, then coated with a thick coat the rub.

Comments

This was super yummy. I put the meat on at 12:30 am and let it cook all day. At about 9am in the morning, it hit the stall at internal temp 160, so I wrapped then.
